Event Rules & Terms

• Strict action will be taken against anyone who damages the property, creates any nuisance, abuses the staff/management, or engages in physical violence.
• Once the ticket is sold, no refund policy is available.
• Parking, mobiles, and valuables are at the owner's risk.
• By buying the ticket, the ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger, incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual event, including death, personal injury, loss, damage, or disability.
• Organizers are not responsible for any negative effects of food items or drinks consumed at the venue.
• Any disputes will be settled under Gurugram jurisdiction courts only.

• Premium category includes sit-down table service and premium alcohol.
• No alcohol will be served to patrons under the legal drinking age (LDA: 21+ years).
• Outside food, eatables, bottled water, and beverages are not allowed.
• Beverages will be served as per brands available with the hotel.
• Children above 8 years will not be admitted without tickets.
• Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Rights of admission are reserved.
• Internet handling fees per ticket may be levied. Please check your total amount before payment.
• Please carry a valid photo ID for verification of the ticket holder's name along with your e-ticket printout.
• A ticket shall not be valid if the barcode or hologram has been tampered with.
• Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket will lead to seizure or cancellation of the ticket without refund or compensation.
• Duplicate tickets will not be issued for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

• Artist line-up and billed attractions may be subject to change.
• Organizers reserve the right to perform security checks on invitees/members of the audience at the entry point for security reasons.

Prohibited Items & Conduct

• Possession, consumption, sale, and dealing in Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic substances attract stringent punishments under the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
• Professional cameras, recording instruments, dangerous items like knives, arms, ammunition, etc., are strictly prohibited.
• No guns or weapons are allowed in the premises.
• No backpacks or handbags are allowed inside the venue. There is no storage space available at the venue.
• As per government regulations, there will be a strict security check at the gate.

Liability & Behavior

• Organizers and the hotel reserve the right to evict anyone from the event premises for unruly behavior or misconduct, as deemed fit.
• Organizers or any of its agents, officers, and employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses, or costs suffered during or as a result of the event.
