By impliedly or expressly accepting these Terms and Conditions, The Buyers also accept and agree to be bound by Allez Policies (including but not limited to Privacy Policy etc.) as amended from time to time.

Membership Eligibility

Usage of, and purchases at the Website/Stores are available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, of 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, persons of unsound mind, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Website. Charges

Membership on the Website is free for buyers. Allez Sportz does not charge any fee for browsing and buying on the Website. Allez reserves the right to change its Fee Policy from time to time. The Buyers shall be responsible for any notes, messages, emails, billboard postings, photos, drawings, profiles, opinions, ideas, images, videos, audio files or other materials or information posted or transmitted to the Website (collectively, "Content"). Such Content will become Allez’s property and The Buyers grant Allez Sportz the worldwide, perpetual and transferable rights in such Content. Buyer’s arrangement with Issuing Bank

All Valid Credit / Debit/ Cash Card/ and other payment instruments are processed using a Credit Card payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure and the same will also be governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between the Buyer and the respective Issuing Bank and payment instrument issuing company.

All Online Bank Transfers from Valid Bank Accounts are processed using the gateway provided by the respective Issuing Bank which supports Payment Facility to provide these services to the Buyers. All such Online Bank Transfers on Payment Facility are also governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between Buyer and the respective Issuing Bank.

Intellectual Property

Allez Sportz is the owner of all the rights of intellectual property attached to the products ordered by the Buyers. Allez Sportz reserves the right to proceed to the necessary formalities with the aim of protecting the Territory. Allez undertakes to the Buyers a non-exclusive right of use on the brands and Protected Elements owned by Allez Sportz. The Buyer recognises the existence and validity of the trademark applications or registrations and use of Allez's products and undertakes never to challenge their validity, registration and use in the Territory. The Buyer undertakes not to derive any right from the use of Allez's products and undertakes never to attempt to register, directly in his name or indirectly by a third party, any identical or confusingly similar trademark or internet domain name that may infringe Allez Sportz trademarks or constitute unfair competition. In case the Buyer applies for or uses any identical or similar trademark or domain name to Allez's products, they shall immediately take all necessary actions, at their own expense, to cancel or transfer the infringing trademarks or domain names to Allez upon Allez's first demand. The Buyers undertake to inform and to immediately notify Allez Sportz of illicit imitation and more generally of any unfair competition practices based on the Protected Elements.

Trademark, Copyright and Restriction

This site is controlled and operated by Allez Sportz and products are sold by Allez Sportz. All material on this site, including images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. Material on the Website is solely for Buyer’s personal, non-commercial use.
